The Melting Crucible: Where Gold Comes to Life

The process of making 18k gold begins with melting. Pure gold (24 carats) is melted in a crucible heated to extremely high temperatures. This crucible becomes the magic cauldron where liquid gold takes shape.

18k gold is not 100% pure. It is made of 75% pure gold and 25% other metals, usually silver and copper. These added metals give the alloy increased strength and durability without compromising its natural shine
